In 1998 The Department of Housing And Urban Development (HUD ) Formed a division known as The Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) The purpose of this division is to administer HUD'S Physical Inspection Program

The purpose of the HUD Physical Inspection Program is to assess the condition of properties for which HUD has an interest or obligation ensuring properties are in compliance with HUD REAC Uniform Physical Condition Standards. (UPCS)

The method in which REAC assesses the condition of properties is through an on-site Physical Inspection performed by third party inspectors who are certified by

HUD REAC, Inspector Administration, WA. D.C.

Inspection Scoring: 

Upon completion of the onsite inspection, the Certified HUD Inspector submits an electronic generated report to REAC, which in turn, presents an Inspection Summary Report to the property owner that indicates a deficiency score of (0-99). Your properties score is stored in a property profile data base and is used to document the property owner/s level of compliance.

Scheduling

If your property has not experienced a REAC inspection within the last two years you may be scheduled for an Official HUD Certified REAC Inspection in the very near future. Please call or complete our online order form to request an initial free consultation.
